Dylan Garrett is the VP of Industrial & Climate Tech business at Synapse, a part of Capgemini Invent. Dylan and his team work with companies leveraging physical technology to fight and adapt to climate change with solutions that range from carbon dioxide removal, water conservation, waste management, energy, and beyond. Since receiving his mechanical engineering degree from Olin College of Engineering, Dylan has spent his career at Synapse developing products that commercialize science for real-world impact. He has worked with clients at Synapse including startups and Fortune 500 companies in consumer, medical, and industrial markets. He is also the founder and host of the Hardware to Save a Planet podcast.
